Shipping cost

• Orders of $59 or more (after discounts, before tax): FREE shipping.
• Orders under $59: one flat $7.95, no matter how many items.
• The same rule applies to every product. What you see in the cart is what you pay. No handling fees, no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship only to street addresses in the lower 48 U.S. states. We can't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the U.S. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO or PO boxes are cancelled and fully refunded.

Processing time

Orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment (some items, like fishing tackle, take the full 3 business days).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship by UPS or USPS. Times are estimates; holidays, weather and carrier delays can add time.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Allow a day or two for tracking to update.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may ship in separate packages from different U.S. warehouses. You still pay shipping only once.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address. Camping Life USA is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to customer error.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, contact your local carrier first. While Camping Life USA is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns & Refunds

How to request a return

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at campinglifeusa1@gmail.com with your order number. Don't ship anything back until we reply with instructions.

We may make exceptions case by case. Just email us.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover return shipping

Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and the box. We'll replace it, reship it or refund it, and we cover any return shipping. Orders that haven't arrived within 45 days, or that are returned to sender through no fault of yours, are also refunded or reshipped.

Changed your mind: you pay return shipping

Request a return within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. You pay return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 35% may be deducted. Original shipping charges aren't refunded. Final-sale and clearance items can't be returned.

Non-returnable

Final-sale or clearance items; items damaged by misuse.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. For low-cost items we may offer a replacement or partial refund instead of a return.
